Pros

Working for a company that is genuinely committed to environmental causes and sustainability.

Cons

The retail industry is low paying and exploitative. In order to compete in the marketplace, the company has to follow the status quo of the retail industry.

Pros

Staff is usually really good, the hiring staff have a good way of picking employees and getting them together. Good company that cares for the environment and their products. Helping people buy what they needed instead of trying to sell them anything to make a profit was one of the things I liked while working there.

Cons

At the time diversity within was an issue, it seems like they are trying to make changes now
