Pros

Great employee discount, mystique of working for a chill/green-washed brand

Cons

Total boys club. Sexually harassed and asked out on dates daily. Managers favorited the typical stoner/skater “Pata-boy.” It was clear that they were hiring women only to fulfill a quota. The men got away with so much crap, but if we as women were late by 2 minutes we were endlessly chastised. Thinking about the place just gives me the icks still.

Pros

- Truly invest in change at the government/policy level - Personally look after their employees - much more than a trad Corporate - Great medical bens - Constantly give back to truly combat climate change - Extremely family-friendly with on-site childcare at the home office

Cons

- No profit-sharing, they're still privately-owned - Hard to move up within the Company - Lacking of diversity - but I saw firsthand they are working hard to improve this
