      Pros

      The team in the Nashville store is full of really great people. I genuinely enjoy going into work and am never stressed about work outside of the store, and I am rarely stressed while at work, either. The company tries to improve its environmental impact and internal functioning, all while taking care of its people first and foremost.

      Cons

      The store can be really slow. You may have a lot of downtime. Because Patagonia is such a great company, people don't often leave, so it can be difficult to find opportunities to move into another role within the company.
