The Patagonia team & company is unmatched. Everyone truly cares for one another and wishes for everyone to succeed. The pay & benefits are also much better than competitors.

Cons

The opportunity for growth is hard to come by and very competitive when an opportunity does arise.

Cons

Low opportunity for advancement in Reno. For a billion dollar company the wages were still low for the area.
