Benefits are incredible, company really cares about their employees. Discount and reciprocal deals are unbeatable.

Cons

Very specific culture. They claim to allow employees to speak their minds and be politically active, but only if you agree with their agenda. Any thoughts voiced contrary to that, and you’ll be forced out eventually. It’s a pretty tight knit cult/club, and lots of gaslighting of employees who don’t fit in. Also nearly impossible to move upward. Crazy competitive.
