Pros

Benefits are unmatched and the company culture is welcoming.

Cons

It is retail at the end of the day so sometimes you can deal with difficult customers. The quality of the staff can make or break your experience at work. Career advancement is tough.

Pros

The glow behind the name. It glows. They (we) rely on it. IRL it's just the same as every other corporation.

Cons

Measly wage increases ($0.50 p/year at the moment), Uncaring upper management that runs things by the numbers. People no longer matter, here Yvon would be ashamed. He was recently featured in a company film and had to be cut short bc of how disgusted he was with what we are producing and what we are saying as a company. Hold the Ivory Tower Ventura idiots accountable and don't buy from us until they pay LIVABLE WAGES!!!
