Pros

Pays decently well, benefits are great. Tends to attract friendly coworkers

Cons

Still retail at the end of the day. All the typical pros and cons of customer service, and the experience probably differs greatly by location. For the marketing role specifically, managing those responsibilities along with your responsibilities on the retail floor is not a clean separation of duties and can be challenging.
