Pros

Great company values and environmental initiatives. Patagonia is very generous with their employee discount and makes sure employees have access so the amazing product.

Cons

pay not industry competitive. Little to no bonus structure. Little to no achievement recognition. No follow through on goals set, overlapping deadlines leave no time to recognize accomplishments.

Company culture is amazing; employees are altruistic, grounded, and inspirational.

Pros

Laid back atmosphere with good benefits.

Cons

Awful employee development for higher positions. The culture is quickly dissolving as the people that built the company and have been dedicated to the company have to look elsewhere to progress. The saying is that the best way to get a promotion at Patagoinia is to go work for Nike and then reapply at Patagonia.
