Work life balance. Great people, and awesome benefits. The culture and reasons for doing business are something you can stand behind.

Cons

Unique, smaller ''big corporation". Sometimes set in its old ways of doing things. Pay is a little low. Also seem to be hiring a lot of hipsters.
