Pros

The benefits are great. Your immediate co workers are great. They are reasonable and flexible if you need adjustment in your schedule.

Cons

Management is unhelpful. Non-contracted employees are very cliquey. I was hired as a contracted employee (meaning I had a known date of when my employment would end if they didn't offer me an extension) for the holiday season. The hours are mandatory and long from November through the beginning of the year. They didn't tell me whether I would be hired permanently after the hoilday season until a week before my contract was to end. This held me in limbo for making decisions regarding my family. Even when I inquired to my direct manager I was given the runaround and told that they didn't know anything from headquarters. They also ask the other seasonal employees to not say anything to the others when they were hired on, which for some was months in advance of the contract end date.
