Pros

Patagonia is a friendly place to work. You get discounts on their clothes and you get to support environmental causes. This is a great job for a college student or someone looking for part-time work.

Cons

The work is grueling and the pay is low, not even topping 30k a year for full time. Most people leave within a year.
