Pros

Work is driven by the company's mission and values. Employees are smart and hardworking.

Cons

The company's culture is very specific: politically left-leaning, environmental issues over everything, outdoor-loving, extreme pride in working for Patagonia. People know it's hard to get a job there, so when they have one, they often reek of smug superiority. Honestly, working there felt kind of like being in a cult. Definitely not a place for everyone, but excellent for a certain kind of person.

Pros

Great culture, fun co-workers, free health insurance for regular full-time and part-time

Cons

Hourly wage isn't enough considering COL in California. High turnover rate at this particular store.

Pros

Great People to work with

Cons

Seriously low paid for a conscious minded company. I hope to see this company actually lead in providing a livable salary for its hardworking and loving employees. Patagonia you can do better in setting a new retail eco and human friendly standard.
