The best reasons to work here is to save the planet that's the only good reasons to work at Patagonia

Cons

The only challenges are dealing with bullies and dealing with cliques dealing with people who think they're above you. And dealing with the fact that you are being pushed out the door, and even though you may be bent over you still have to smile.
