Pros

The discounts are truly unbeatable. The amazing community of coworkers is also a huge upside. Once a part of the Patagonia family, you're always treated with respect and loyalty. Additionally, the company truly is doing incredible things for the environment (not just an act). You also get paid to volunteer to help the planet! Flexible schedule can be possible as well!

Cons

Compensation is relatively low, most associates are paid the same as at any other retailer even though they are generally expected to do more than the average sales associate. Also, moving up within the company can be difficult. It's can be frustrating to communicate with the higher ups in the company. Getting an email answered can prove difficult, but mostly just because the company is expanding so quickly and everyone is constantly busy.

Pros

Great company and people, really fun work environment that is always busy and fast-paced.

Cons

Hard to move up in the company especially if you are trying to go towards corporate/headquarter position from retail. Pay is not very high but the company provides great benefits and a great discount.
