Pros

Great benefits, average pay and not easy to move up. Senior leaders are not focused enough on environment and smart business practices and too focused on Social Justice.

Cons

Company doesn't include front line managers in plans, decision making. Company has very frequent meetings that constantly interrupt workflow and communication with front line managers is non -existent.
