A step up in retail

Business Outlook

Pros

- Autonomy - Regular employee check-ins - Lots of responsibility

Cons

Be ready to be very autonomous; RTLs are expected to be able to run the store on their own for the most part. If you don't step up, you will not stand out.

Pros

- steep discount, good health care, mission driven company

Cons

poor communication, nepotism, most of the current leadership were hired based off friendships with others in leadership, very few people are professionally qualified for their roles which creates issues for gaining mentorship and growing in the company.
