Pros

Great work/life balance. Good Benefits and great people. Employees aren’t expected to be burning the midnight oil to get work done.

Cons

Limited upward mobility. Lots of lifer employees. Social cliques that feel like high school. Success and respect can be weighed off your athletic abilities more so than your work. Nepotism is strong.

Pros

I found a passion in the staff for not only what they sold but mostly, and most importantly, what the conpany stands for. That's a good a start.

Cons

It was a retail position, so not much challenge or diversification in the daily responsibilities, but that is the nature of retail.
