Pros

This company genuinely cares about its employees, evolving on social & equality issues, and becoming a more responsible company. The benefits are great (champion work-life balance) and I have made some wonderful friendships with like-minded colleagues. This is one of the best company cultures to work for.

Cons

This company is globally recognized, but sometimes the way decisions are made or programs/campaigns are rolled out can feel like it's operating as though it were a small mom and pop shop. There is also underutilized talent within the company.

Cons

Not much room for growth; low pay for the area; very white-centered/boys club company but supposedly trying to change
