- Not much room for internal growth - Confused reporting structure - Senior leadership likes the flat "democratic" structure below them. - Cliquey - A-team mentality. The same people are always on the best projects. - Hypocritical culture - "Let my people go surfing" but too busy to take breaks and very few people are allowed to work remotely. - Lots of project managers, few people managers
