Great community

Business Outlook

Pros

Great benefits for full time staff, very welcoming and supportive community

Cons

At times HQ in Ventura seems very disconnected with the needs and capacities of retail. Also, the "let my people go surfing" motto absolutely does not apply to employees working in the stores or CX. Ultimately, there's no other retail environment I'd rather work in, but at the end of the day retail burnout is real and often inescapable.
