If you need a job and can get one, great stepping stone

Cons

Poor management; no leadership; lack of experienced staff; incapable staff; inaccurate reporting; reporting systems are a joke; services provided are inefficient. Rampent back stabbing; plenty of time to slack off and take smoke breaks.

Great Benefits Flexible- ability to work from home If given the time, the ability to learn about the industry from the different types of projects assigned to.

Cons

Not a 9 to 5 job- overtime is the norm. SOP's are a joke. They lack enough specificty for employees to be able to follow them. Lack of organization. Everyone is doing their own thing. Incompetent Management- Upper level management have been promoted based on social connections and not their ability to actually do their job.
