Management seems to like it their way and that's it despite a lot of talk about being open to new ideas and ways of doing things.

Favoritism is rampant throughout the Imaging group, which leads to horribly incompetent management. Career advancement opportunities are bad, salary raises are insignificant, and career development is also poor. You gain very little in transferable skills, and the inefficient work processes are intractable due to the poor management. Internal team dynamics are usually sacrificed in returns of seemingly positive appearances to clients.
