      Pros

      Big company that gives feeling of being economically save. Transition into other departments is possible. Many offices all over the world.

      Cons

      Departments come to contradicting decisions, but don't work together. The proactive activities are mostly headless, so that new workarounds need to be implemented in order to deal with it. High staff turnover rate.

      Pros

      Parexel fosters a very professional environment with a talented and friendly management staff. The career opportunities are immense and most employees are very well compensated for their efforts.

      Cons

      You have to be prepared to work very hard to excell. Most upper level employees put in well north of 40 hours per week, they are still in the process of expanding and probably need to hire more people to balance everyone's workload.
