Promises made, but not kept.
Pros
Salary is pretty competitive (if you like working 40+ OT every two weeks).
Cons
No support from management or HR. PXL allows sponsors to dictate deviations from PXL SOPs (it's not going to be pretty when an audit occurs and it is found that FDA/GCP/ICH guidelines haven't been followed only to appease foreign Pharma companies). Productivity metrics can not be met with all of the other "expectations" (in the interview process and new hire training it was presented that these roles would be taken over by the "in-house" CRAs e.g. constant site contacts, site payment issues, collection of SRP documents, updates to internal tracking systems). Unfortunate that the CRAs are the only ones held responsible when it comes to light that stated time lines aren't being met. In interview 60-65% travel is stated; don't believe it. Of course you can play the role of 3 people! Again, no support.
