      Pros

      Its good company to work and its also good for work balancing. It is good in IT CRO inthe farma industries.

      Cons

      If you are interested in CRO companies which perform the clinical trials and developing drug then its good for biomedical professionals.

      Good if you don't plan on working in other companies

      Pros

      Good holiday (25 days, with options to buy 5 additional) Good pension Good benefits (private health, dental and various other offers) Ability to rise up relatively quickly through positions with hard work Pleasant colleagues, with an active company social scene

      Cons

      Low pay, with the gap becoming more noticeable when compared to senior roles in other companies. Internal tools which have no bearing on the wider industry as a whole, leaving you without the skills needed to move on and develop as a programmer. Infuriating quantities of paperwork and procedures (partly due to the clinical trials industry) which make the nature of the work often very repetitive and tedious.
