      Thank you for your positive review. This last year has taught us a lot about how to work better remotely and we are proud of how much we have accomplished across our brands in this new mode. Further, we have implemented thoughtful guidelines for remote working that help support a balanced experience for our team members.

      low responsibility, low risks, no impact

      Cons

      Absolutely alienated space, archaic tools and process. No one but the doorman will recognise you after months of working there. No human connection, total isolation in a basement at the bottom of the building and among the hierarchy, hidden like a hideous creature - even the server room looks like a luxurious lounge at the second floor compared with the basement department of the developer class.
