Pros
I really enjoy having great managers who look out for me. Work is good, I enjoy working with different teams of people and figuring out how I can help support their product.
Cons
Constant mergers and change of top-most level leadership have meant multiple rounds of layoffs have happened already, uncertain of the company's future at this point in time. Also pushing for 5 days RTO at the start of January is insane considering we would still have to go on Zoom calls to talk to our team scattered around the US...
