      OK company, Tech is divided into too many silos and very little voice in final product for tech

      Work-life balance Some department leads are good, believe in "bottoms-up" management Big Company so always something new to learn

      Cons

      No long term future for really solid engineers or designers/creative people Content teams are valued over ever other team (understandable it's a content company but other depts should not be neglected)
