      Work and home life flexible with a wide range of friendly experienced colleagues A good place to network and grow into other career opportunities Majority of people in leadership roles are accommodating and understanding

      Cons

      Lack of proper training / mentoring making it extremely difficult to thrive in new career choices. Mass layoffs 2-3 times a year cause too much stress and anxiety

      - Form great relationships with coworkers in the film industry - Understand how a studio lot operates - Opportunities to work interesting special events

      Cons

      - Not treated like a valid worker - Must work holidays without holiday pay - Must wear 3 Piece-Suit uniform outside through all kinds of weather (rain, wind, ash falling from sky) - Management (when I worked there) lowkey retaliates with scheduling
