Pros

Work from home, company laptop

Cons

Management was awful. Some guy named Gabe Rose was in charge of all the social media at CBS Sports and he was not pleasant to work for. There was also a guy named Chris Stonebraker that was involved and he was super creepy, he mainly worked for a brand called MaxPreps which is high school and youth sports. He was always talking about how he REALLY loved watching underage kids play sports, especially underage girls which I thought was creepy considering he looked like he was in his 40s.

Pros

Flexible with schedule Cross-functional collaboration Decent pay Career development courses Excellent medical insurance

Cons

Although pay is decent, it could be better/more Doesn't have enough room to move up, even with development courses. There was plenty in the beginning (pre-covid). Company is not transparent enough when it comes to layoffs, did not handle these very well and caused thousands of hard working employees to lose their job
