      Pros

      Diverse and inclusive environment, free to be yourself, made long-term friends there. Creative people, big, HQ building with great views of the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building. Many special events and some entertaining content. Regular company all-hand meetings whereby leaders keep employees updated about the company. Easy to stay at the company for a long time.

      Cons

      It would be nice for there to be some more newer and exciting content.

      Pros

      The culture at Paramount is pretty great - I love the people I work with and generally like and respect my superiors. Benefits are good and work life balance is also a plus.

      Cons

      The company itself is unstable. The amount of layoffs is demoralizing and it's unclear what the future holds. Hard to feel optimistic when so many good people are let go regularly.
