      Good work/life balance, poor culture

      Pros

      - good hours and flexibility to work from home - nice CBS perks

      Cons

      - the company feels pretty broken and it's hard to meet/work with people in other groups - passive aggressive/political work environment that makes it difficult to get work done - CBS corporate is taking over control and ruining the friendly start-up feel - culture really depends on your team and group - some teams seem to get along really well, while others are lacking funding for team events and have very poor morale - low pay and raises compared to tech companies in the surrounding area

      Disorganized Company with little Career Development

      - If you are lucky you can WFH - 24 PTO days + 10 Holidays

      Cons

      - They just let most of there Software force across the company - Very selfish management style - You will most likely be doing boring / mundane work with little to no ability to grow or learn new things - Pay is not competetive TLDR: Do not come here right now, the company is going through massive layoffs / changes and I am not confident it will be a good place to work for a long time. Especially a bad place for Software Engineers
