Pros

A lot of perks, such as social events

Cons

No work like balance, not appreciated for the hard work and long hours you put in. Doesn’t matter how hard you work it. It matters who your friends with in each department.

Pros

You can say you work at MTV and Wednesday bagels.

Cons

Just about everything else. Long work days, no overtime till after you work 50 hours, and you will always be stuck at the position you were hired at and expected to perform several other jobs and duties that are out of your pay grade and role.
