Pros

Was remote, nice people, good benefits, decent pay

Cons

Forcing RTO, constant layoffs, too many teams that are over-siloed, no room for advancement, too many middle managers

Used to be a great place to work, but things have changed

Pros

Coworkers are always willing to help, and the ability to work from home (until January) has helped maintain a good work-life balance.

Cons

The company has become a pretty toxic environment over the past six months. Communication from upper management has been poor, especially regarding the recent merger - employees are kept in the dark about upcoming changes. Layoffs have been frequent, creating a constant sense of instability, and now there's a mandate to return to the office five days a week starting in January. What was once a positive and supportive workplace now feels tense and uncertain.

Pros

The company used to be fun.

Cons

Multiple layoffs per year. Higher ups don't care. Hiring freeze. Only certain departments see promotions
