Cons

The great work life balance this job used to offer is ending with 5 day RTO due to the blind ambition, greed, and stupidity of the higher ups and the nepo baby CEO. There are massive layoffs happening soon. Not a great outlook for promotions or opportunities for growth. The pay isn't competitive at all. The streaming engineering projects are constantly a mess and the app still isn't great compared to our competition. The rank of file of this company are suffering because the poor decision making of the higher ups.

When the company was in it's prime, Viacom days, it was magical. The best experience in of my career.

Cons

When times changed, and people started to consume media differently, so did overall sentiment towards employees. Survived wave after wave of layoffs while CEO's received plush bonuses and salaries irrespective of how this would affect the the lower parts of the system. Hence, all others suffered with countless layoffs.
