Fantastic culture. Fun place to work. Friendly managers.

Cons

Upper management disconnect with lower management means HORRIBLE job retention. Company is more concerned with stock price that quarter then growing a business. 5-7 people leave every month for better pay. No one is retained. When people leave they often do not rehire only shuffle the work to others (without extra pay).

severe lack of communication within and between all levels of employees and departments, no one knows what the other one is doing or cares - extremely disorganized - Is anyone over there actually working?
