Pros

-Since it’s in-house, the work feels so much less stressful and lower stakes since we’re not dealing with clients. There’s more flexibility to be creativity, especially in performance marketing. -Free Paramount+

Cons

-Only managers and above get unlimited PTO -five days in the office now -Growth is basically nonexistent after the Skydance merger (all promotions on my team were denied, despite us taking on extra work due to people being laid off months ago) -pay is extremely low compared to industry average
