Before Paramount got involved with Showtime, it was great. After that, trash!

I worked with some amazing people, we had a beautiful office, got to see celebs once in a while, culture was decent.

Cons

Paramount. Leslie Moonves. Shari Redstone. Bob Bakish. Greed. All of these things and people got in the way of that.
