      Pros

      Great work / life balance, great benefits, fair compensation, laid-back atmosphere, fun employee events, corporate management encourages and supports volunteerism. Last but not least - great people.

      Cons

      Resources have been cut back over the past couple of years, like every company, in response to the downturn in the economy, so hours have been a bit longer than they used to (everyone is expected to do more with less). Hopefully this will improve once the economy turns around again.

      Pros

      Sightings of celebrities throughout the building. All floors have different designs which is pretty cool.

      Cons

      Management shows favoritism without shame. It's pretty obvious and insulting. Salary sucks. It's not all glitz and glamor here. If you're not a brown noser don't bother coming here.

      Pros

      I liked the location and the building is really nice. I also liked the snack room with $.25 drinks and a snack machine with food. I found coworkers to be responsive and care about doing a good job.

      Cons

      Lack of communication around changes going on because of the CBS Corp acquisition. I am not sure management really has a clear direction around priorities.
