      You're working for Paramount, which comes with a lot of heft.

      Cons

      There's a lack of true ownership. Leadership likes to tell you what to do instead of allowing you to own your track. This ends up making things messy as they'll have conversations without you, not relay the information, and then everyone has different expectations.
