      Pros

      Great location in the city and everyone I know at the company is a great person. Lots of great resources and hard working people working in many different fields. If you get on the right team, you can learn a lot. I really enjoy coming to work everyday

      Cons

      Not a lot of resources available for new employees. Can be hard to get promoted because of the structure within CBSi.

      You get great benefits, especially if you work in the NYC office. Anywhere else, meh....

      Cons

      Poor leadership and management throughout the company. Promotions based more on favoritism and politics rather than actual merit.
