      - Great company name, looks amazing on resume - Very interesting workplace - Laid back management - Great coworkers and upper level management is laid back

      - Very little advancement - Treat entry level employees and interns like garbage - Promised a lot, not too much room for moving up ladder - If you're older than 30, you're out the door
