Pros

Fun employee gatherings, good co-workers and great boss. Most people were friendly and helpful. It was fun knowing that Gamespot worked in the same building.

Cons

Career growth wasn't what I expected. A lot of the jobs at the time were outside hires, and the company didn't seem to promote much from within.
