Great place to learn about the online advertising industry and explore the different types of roles available in the space (Sales, Product Marketing, Programmatic, Product Management, HR, Accounting, Vendors, Billing, etc).

Cons

Very much like a high school environment, if you're in the "in" crowd then you can get promoted faster. It's not promotions based on merit. It is an incredibly cliquey office that lacks the culture of helping each other out. The office also allows unprofessional behaviors of employees, such as yelling at other department employees, both in emails and in person.

I am sorry to hear about your experience in office. The executive and HR teams have a zero-tolerance policy for unprofessional or disrespectful behavior in the workplace so I apologize that this scenario was not brought to their attention. If you like to work and are committed, you can work at CBS interactive. However dont expect anything in return other than salary.

Cons

Lots of politics. They do not encourage or identify talent within the company. They promote people who are known to the upper management.
