Pros

Easy hours. You will always be home for dinner. No more long hours at the office or weekends, really ever. Stable amount of work from all the brands. Easy problems to solve. Leave your work at work.

Cons

Creativity - by - the - numbers. No real creative agency or freedom. Sales and Marketing dictates creative, copywriters and art directors will most likely leave with nothing for their books. (Read: unintelligent, un-innovative, and dumbed down, sub-par work. Corporate culture. You know the drill. Big company that use control and fear to motivate rather than fostering innovation, creativity, and passion for the work/company.
