      Pros

      Great salary. Health and dental are great as well. Strong name on a resume. Great opportunity to network (be sure to save your own copy of client names and numbers).

      Boring. Other than that all seems ok

      Good benefits package, excellent 401k.

      Cons

      I didn't like the way they changed our products & homogenized them into demographic buckets that didn't suit the products. We were a small property, & I don't think the higher-ups really had any idea what we did or how it happened.

      -The work days are rarely stressful -Many co-workers are friendly and social

      Cons

      -You'll never know who is your actual boss because you'll constantly be answering to five people at a time -Most of the senior management spends all their time on Facebook -There are waaayy too many employees for the amount of work to be done so you'll find yourself on Facebook too
