      Decent commission structures and lattitude to make deals happen

      Cons

      Rapidly changing environment with most managers having something to prove when they find themselves in a new role which is often. Everything rolls downhill.

      Large team of support and MTV as a place to work is absolutely relaxed environment, even though it's such a busy place.

      Cons

      hmm...not much. Busy with quite a few difficult people but that's to be expected.
