      A great place to work but not for career advancement.

      Good colleagues who provide a supportive environment; Informal environment which makes the work fun; Pay above average compared to the industry average

      Cons

      Poor career advancement with little, if any, professional training programs; moving to overseas office hard if you are not in the sales team

      Great reference but projects were uninspiring

      Pros

      Excellent reference and great networking opportunities. Great exposure to industry trends, technologies and products. Fun and laid back work environment.

      Cons

      Projects and tasks were very low responsibility compared to other internships I have completed. They do not compensate for travel, which made interning difficult.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to take on projects that are beyond the realm of your actual position, as well as networking opportunities galore.

      Cons

      Too many deadweights who just "get by" while others put in way too much work to make up for it. Salary lowballing is the norm, promotions and raises are usually put off or explained away until the deserving person leaves the company.
