      Pros

      Good work life balance, fun company, great people to work with, excellent learning environment. Young atmosphere, casual dress for work.

      Cons

      Pay is much lower than industry average. Low pay, rarely promotes people. Big discrepancy between higher management pay and middle management.

      Pros

      Great people— some of the smartest I've worked with in my career, fast-paced environment, work with some of the biggest brands and artists in the world. Overall, the best learning experience ever.

      Cons

      Crazy hours especially during tentpole season, never felt like there was a break, management at the time played favorites, awful salary.

      Access to the latest technology, travel opportunities, talented coworkers, benefits, nice workspaces, convenient locations, good pay, flexible work schedules. Fun place to work for the most part!

      Cons

      Outdated organizational structure, upper level management slow to embrace latest trends, favoritism showed to lazy, spoiled employees while others work harder and smarter. Bullying and fear of reprisal is used to keep employees quiet. Apathy.
