Business Outlook
Pros
The people are nice, and many people have creative pursuits after work. Hours can be flexible. There are excellent benefits, including medical, dental, match on 401(k), and even a pension plan (not that many of the young employees will stick around long enough to take advantage of it).
Cons
Very large company with all the bureaucracy you'd expect. Sometimes hard to advance (though sometimes surprisingly easy). Work not necessarily "meaningful".
